If that was a Nick Fury dupe absolutely but since it's not, I'd say the best choice is Hulkling.

Just the fact that I can r3 Hulkling right away and start using this champ makes it hard

I’d go Nick only because you’ll eventually get him anyways, but will still need to dupe him. So, I’d get him now and hope/focus on his dupe or get/use AG. Can’t go wrong with Hulkling though. I just pulled my first 6 star and it was Fury. Already have him maxed as 3 and 4 star, and unduped r3 5 star. I was very happy with him being first 6*. Hulkling is good right outta the gate, but even unduped, Nick is still damn good.
