Good reason for that. Just try to find a R3 with suicides. Basically the same thing.

Mine is r3, no immediate plans to r4 (just because I have soooooo many in line for r4 currently) and he's dang good and very underappreciated. He does several things very good (slow for auto block and evade counter, bleed, power burn). He also gets better the longer the fight goes on (as long as you time his s1s mini game well).
