Can the Collector be quaked?

I know he progressively shuts down abilities, but if Quake has AAR on heavy is it feasible?

Yes, but you need the black widow synergy to slightly increase ability accuracy (to counter Collectors effect)

It’s totally do-able and how I explored 5.2.6
