EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE CONCLUDED

The Team has identified a fix for the recent Catalyst Offer issue.

Summoners who purchased this offer have been temporarily locked out of the Contest to Clawback any Catalysts bought/used while active, and ensure previously owned resources remain intact.
They will be unlocked once this process is complete, and no further action will be taken on their Accounts - along with a compensation package to those affected for the inconvenience.

Doing this allows us to bring the Game back up for everyone else.

We've removed the affected offer so we can decide later whether or not to bring it back after it's been fixed.

Battlegrounds... again

I finished a round and actually won in Battlegrounds. Then it showed it as a defeat, and I realized it was showing my previous match. I didn't get credit for a win and I lost my Elder marks that i used for the fight. That and the timer is broken again. Can we not finish the season without glitches?

    Is it not showing up in your match history? If your opponent quits out early this specific scenario tends to happen where it shows previous match results, but it still counts the game and you should see it in your history.

    Your opponent forfeited before the match ended. You still got the points and it’ll be in your match history. There has been so many posts about this yet it only takes the effort of looking at your match history to see you won your last match.

    This happened to me a couple days ago, I just waited a few minutes and restarted the game, then it was fine again.

    Yeah this happens to me once in a while. Especially if i switch to another app and then back to BG. Sometimes then at the end of the match, it shows mt previous match results. Its shown me getting to the gladiator circuit twice in back to back matches. But yeah like some have said, just restart the game and check your history, it should reflect the actual results

    I did look at my match history, thank you. It wasn't there even after I restarted the game. They did not forfeit because it showed their percentages of health left. Thanks for the condescending tone though.
