Loading Screen Time

Can anyone give me a time frame for how long the loading screen should take? I took a video after it seemed like a really long time and the video is 1 minute 51 seconds. I let load for a little while longer after that, around 5 minutes. I finally decided to restart the app and to my surprise, my fighter had lost half their health.

So, it is reasonable for me to wait over six minutes for a fight to load?
