Im i the only one having this issue fighting Kitty in BG ?

Basically she Would eventually get to 3 prowess and phase while dashing, the thing is she supposed to lose these prowesses after using a sp right ? Well sometimes (either sp1, SP2) she wouldn't lose the prowesses which is a bit annoying.
Am I missing something or is it something known from the game team ?
Also is there anybody else experiencing the same issue ?
