Question about incursion crystals

We got the new 6* incursion crystal on Octomber 13 . Then 30 days after we got new crystals with different champions inside . This month the 6* crystals didnt refresh neither the champions changed , why? . Didnt they say that we will get new crystals every 30 days ??

    Well they say the that the store will shift every 30 days . That works for one month . Breaks the next . They refreshed the limits on the rest ones (6* excluded ) . So what refresh means its still a mystery
