Sp3 power bug?

Was facing a maw in BGs and he was at 2 1/2 bars of power and launched a l3. Didn't even see him go red for even a micro second.

Definitely wasn't max MD. And something feels off with sp3s in BGs it's like the millisecond they get a sp3 the instantly launch it and they only launch sp3s.
