The BG season is over. Can we still have friendly matches?

Pretty much like the title says. Can we get to a point where we can still have friendly BG matches when the season is over?

Really like to do this and mastery changes be free to try things out. The cost to try new mastery setups for different champs is a scam.

You can see from the 156 views and 4 likes the demand for this is super high lol!
