Conqueror did not recieve gifting badge

same here, lvl35 / +3 years old account / conqueror . yet, no gifting badge in my mail!!

We have around 10 level 35-45 accounts in our secomd alliance all of whom have achieved the Conqueror status but none received the Gifting Badge.

Could've bet money on this going wrong from the outset..

@Kabam Jax Question: will affected players still get the 10 accolades tickets? Or is that only for today?

I pushed my conqueror level 37 account to level 40 and received a gifting badge after restarting. So if you’re close and have the time and resources, it may be worth it to push to 40 because it may take a while for kabam to get this sorted.

Nah that’s just cruel
In BOTH posts about banquet they BOTH said OR. Make it OR. Level 40 isn’t as obtainable as you think I’m still 10 levels away with act 4 done and I’m not about to spend my units on refills to level up when I could be gifting them

This is an UNBELIEVABLE miscommunication. Many of us have been sitting on mini accounts thinking they met the criteria based on kabams post. Now it’s a whoopsie? You should change the criteria to match what you originally said. Shame on all of you.

Unfortunately is an understatement. Wasted time I could have been working to level 40 thinking I didn't need it. Kabam should make this right.

Honestly a lot of people just grinded out act 4 and stopped thinking that’s all the needed. And with it being shortened it gives even less xp now so most people aren’t even close to level 40. Really uncool to just screw those people over on the last year for gifting.

Right on cue, once again you manage to emphatically muck up a marquee event. However, rather than devoting the necessary man hours to rectify the issue, your response shifts the headache onto the player base who are now expected to expend their precious time over the holiday period to cover for your ineptitude and incompetence. Beggars belief but hardly surprising!

Why not fix the issue on your side or just remove the qualifying requirements altogether..

It was clearly just mistakenly programmed to be and instead of OR and they just don’t wanna fix it

So in the future, how do we know if something is a typo if it's specifically questioned by the player base but confirmed as accurate by the forum staff?

Yes if you’re close enough to level 40 and make it during the event you will receive a gifting badge

Yeah. You can't just say whoops on thus one. We could have been leveling these accounts for a month now but didn't because you said OR and doubled down on that in specific questions about it.

You guys sent out an in game message that said you have to be lvl40 AND conquerer, and that gave me a scare cause thats not what you guys wrote in the original post so i sent a request and confirmed that the IN-GAME message had a typo and the post on the forums was the correct one. Now suddenly the forum post and the answer to our question had a typo? Thats just ridiculous.
