Conquer & above BUT NOT lvl 40... Do you have access to the Banquet Event??

I have ZERO access to the Banquet events on any account below lvl 40 even5 though Kabam's form post for weeks has stated it should.
Feedback required please!

Kabam is looking into this.

YES, it should allow accounts, created *before* Nov 20th, and who are *either* Level 40 *or* Conqueror.
