Solo rank rewards??

Been 13 hours since the solo event quest finished and rank rewards still haven’t been mailed out? Any clue why the delay?

Grinding 4 hours for a 10% t1 class alloy is a pain but it’s the only way to earn them at the moment. That said it’d be nice to know why that event isn’t paying out rank rewards 17 hours later.
