Quicksilver special objective (Speed of light) not counting

Hello,

I have recently started to plow on through my special objectives for this month for Quicksilver use and I have hit a brick wall on number 5/6.

The objective does not seem to count when I use this special 2 attack as the final hit… anyone else having this problem?

Note: I have gone to the lengths of letting the opponent whoop my butt so I don’t put a whiplash debuff on them so this is not the issue 🤓
