Could I get a 1 of a kind title made Kabam?

@Kabam Miike @Kabam Jax @Kabam Lyra I have an interesting request. I received the fastest thumbs title from my alliance but as you'll see in the videos I actually don't even use my thumbs as I was badly burnt when I was younger and can only play with just my right hand middle finger knuckle so I was wondering could you make me a special 1 of a kind title that says "Fastest Knuckle"? I think it would be so cool to have something like that for my profile.
