Since he can awaken, and most mystics don’t need their ability, I don’t feel bad having him use a gem to awaken him.

He has great regen to start the match with to help with chip damage from previous matches, he’s an excellent nullifier, especially with md, and he can is arguably the one of the best power control champs with his sp2. Also, he fairly easy to play.

Juggs is only usable as an actual mystic with his sig. He can still dish out damage, but his primary nullification is locked behind the sig, which is growing in importance in the current meta. I'd go Juggs
