Can't bind relics

I have some relics which I wish to bind to some of my champs. But whenever I bind it , it initially says relic is now bound.. but at the same time at the bottom it still shows unbound and when I check my roster it isnt bound.

You have to click the bind button twice for whatever dumb reason they decided for it to be that way. If you are doing that already, then idk.
