The thing about trying to rank classes now is that battlegrounds has totally changed it. Like Stark Spidey is a prime example. He is around 15th or so in general, but in BGs he is a top 5 tech. Same with Domino and Havok IMO.

This is absolutely true.
Battlegrounds currently have the best rewards in the game, and any tier list that doesn’t consider champion’s value at BGs, is at least inaccurate.
Champs like Stark Spidey and Domino, who would struggle to be top 10 in their class, are now easily there.
So before anyone tries to make any tier list, that anyway can’t be 100% accurate, because of too many champs atm and too many parameters affect champions value (game mode, masteries, nodes etc.), they should clarify which of these parameters have been considered in making the list.
A good tier list can reach a 90-95% max accuracy, because some champs placements could be so close, that is mostly subjective who to put instead of another.

Not in any order but Kitty,Apoc,AA Sunspot Mags,bishop, omega red, storm and stryfe. Sunspot would be #10 barely just because of his perfect block but I see him slowly moving out of top10 probably early next year.
