Why aren't the map variations with rain, fog and thunder aren't triggering on my game even when they used to be, I've seen other people with them and I would like to know why...

My phone: IPhone 5s latest update.
Latest version of the game.

A response from a Kabam employee would be great...

    Seriously? Never seen the Aw maps. Rain? Fog? No wonder the game lags!

    @Rap the game lags regardless of whether there's something on the background or not cuz the lag comes the servers, unless your phone is old and lacks memory, that's another stuff...
