Science rank up

I have expiring science cats - who would you rank up first (Thronebreaker player, currently have 6* awakened Cap IW, max 5* max sigs Cap IW and max 5* HT as my top science champs). I only want to consider ranking up 6* champs. Here’s my current options:

Although both benefit from the awakening, both overseer & Reed are fantastic options. Overseer is quickly becoming my fav Sci champ

What makes him good I’m your opinion? I can see his value for defense but unsure about as an attacker.

Overseer or Mr. F. Red Guardian is good, but doesn’t provide much value in later game content.

Overseer has amazing burst damage once you get him going. He thrives against poison champs (iBom, Man Thing) and nullify champs. He stacks gamma quickly and you will be at 6 stacks before hitting 2 bars. Spam sp1 and LLLL combos in cosmic mode for solid damage

What was said above. Poison & nullify champs ramp him up real quick. Stun & regen on sp1. Taunt on heavy. He's my go to Mephisto counter in bgs if I don't have torch. Check out BmcG on YouTube, he's who sold me on him
