I got my resources for another r4 (I already have Stryfe, Dr.D, and Tigra)
It is not easy to get these resources
So I need your advice on whom should be taken
Herc and Rintrah are my best bet
But lemme know what you think

Think diversity in the roster. Obvious choices are the r3 you have there but do they really need to be r4? Will they be that much better? Or, is there another champ maybe r2 or r1 you haven't ranked yet who will add some depth?
