Banquet event

I’ve been in the alliance ever since the banquet event started. But i still have to wait till the end of the event to receive the rewards. I have over 30,000 point in my solo event but I’ll only qualify for the alliance rewards few hours before the event is over. I think after over 7 days in the alliance I qualify for the rewards. Can kabam help with the same?
