Troubles to pair relics and some champions

Hi, I'd like to know if I'm the only one having trouble pairing relics with some champions. for example it is impossible for me to pair black panther relic with shang chi. I specify that the champions are not engaged in missions. thanks to all of you if you want to share your experience
