Everything I listed were not investment purchases, they are "I have too much money so let me spend it" purchases. You don't buy A5 Waygu as an investment. You don't buy Bugettis as investments. You don't buy 100k watches as investments. You don't spend money on a mobile game as investments.

new cars immediately lose at least 10% of their value the second you drive them off the lot. my 15 year old will get the 2011 acura with 39k miles, so that's sort of an investment for the future, but really no.
