So for those of you who haven't seen it yet, above is the year 8 narrative road map for mcoc but they only cover the first 6 months and if you listen carefully they clearly spell out what the themes are going to be which I will place down below so read at your own risk!

Jan: Masters of Evil
Feb: Ant-Man 3
March: Young Avengers
April: Into the Spider-verse 2
May: GOTG 3
June: X-Men

Oh I know it’s a separate thing. I guess I’m saying personally I’m not really fussed about narrative roadmaps. It’s the Dev Diary Road Maps I actually see a value in. Hopefully we’ll get a Dev Diary Road Map soon.

But this is a good update for those that want to know the narrative route of the game.

I hope Dazzler and Dani moonstar will be added to the game this year. Spider verse champs- I hope to see the scarlet spider, Ben Reilly or Kaine Parker. Spider punk would also be dope.

For me, I hope he's a far better version than Rogue. In fact, I hope this champ brings Rogue back to the drawing boards

I know the game and the comics don't always line up but hasn't Franklin Richards been changed to not be a mutant anymore and that he was basically using reality warping powers to make it seem like he was a mutant? Not sure if they'd give him the mutant tag in that case

So if we do get Sandman, guess maybe one day we will get Hydroman.

January- Absorbing Man and Baron Zemo (at this point, they're basically confirmed)

Febuary- Stature and Iron Lad (both are members of Young Avengers and it seems like Kabam wants to introduce more of that team)

March- Kate Bishop and Ironheart (Champions is another team seemingly coming to the contest, and Ironheart is part of the team. Kate Bishop from Young Avengers)

April- Silk OR Spider-Punk and Sandman (fan favorite villain could be coming and a Spider-Verse to help defeat them)

May- Adam Warlock and High Evolutionary (characters appearing in GOTG Vol 3 movie which also comes out in May)

June- Forge and Shatterstar (Forge seems to be a fan favorite X-man who has a former romantical connection to Storm and Shatterstar is the son of Longshot as well as has links to Mojo)

This is who I think will come during the first half of the year

High Evolutionary is too god like entity to be added as a playable champ. Adam is an instant r5.

I love Shatterstar and especially Forge, Forge would be an instant r4 for me, but I have a feeling that, since we re talking about an omega level mutant, and neither is one, we re going to see Chamber. And this could be great as well, I bet his animations will be sick, with his half face off and all that energy exploding out of it
