Quaking with other champs

While using the black widow stun in special synergy, you can sort of quake with other champs. 2 decent champs for quaking are mordo and red skull, because of their power gain on heavy attack. Is this actually useful or no? And what is the definition of quaking?

Quaking is killing an opponent without landing a single hit. That’s the reason quake is so powerful. You can deal damage without granting any power to the opponent. Never having to dex a special, worry about an SP3, anything. That’s what quaking is. It’s not just holding heavy.
