Horseman ability lost

How can mutant champ lost a horseman ability???

Can someone explain me pls and maybe there is a way to bring it back?

If you level/rank up the champion who is a horseman and I don’t think you can bring it back

I didn't level up that champion i didn't do anything with him. He just lost that ability in the middle of the quest

What quest and what were the nodes? Once Apocalypse bestow a mutant to become a horseman.. even if Apocalypse gains 4 gene again, he isn't able to grant horseman status to another mutant (one time ability only). personally i haven't experienced any horseman to lose this status.. if they get hit too much they lose the initial protection but still have the benefits of horseman.. Wolverine gets crit bleed

It’s been a bug for ages.. they can’t bring it back you’ll get a we’re aware of this and looking into it reply from support.. generally it happens when you have been in a quest too long with him like over night (it has happened other times but this is the one I’ve heard most about and experienced myself when doing an abyss run (starting the run over was my only option)

If the game crashed or you force closed, not only the horseman, but abilities like herald, odin prefights or other prefights are lost...
It's not a horseman bug, it's a prefight bug.

@psp742 @SirGamesBond I was doing an abyss run path 2, everything was great until mister sinister fight. I entered the fight and it was gone i had no crashes, nothing.

@IOSJasoN i left over the night and the next day it was working fine until mister sinister fight

@Kabam Miike @Kabam Zibiit can you pls look into it? same happened in Incursions ,lost Odin and galan prefights just after my game crashed
