War machine’s armor

I love war machine after the buff, his damage is great and his armor gives him alot of tankiness but the fact that once his armor is removed due to any reason, he cannot trigger it back and that really effects his sustainability.
Most of the tech champs with armor can proc the buff again but why not war machine?
