Missing Victory Shields

Hi.
Sorry if this was addressed before. I had some victory shields from previous seasons and now they're gone. Do they reset when the new season start?

    They don’t reset, I still have my 7 from last season.

    Mine too. I thought nothing of it, but I guess I'm not the only one. I've only used 1 ever and won't really miss them, so I just assumed they expire at season's end or something.
