Will AW start times ever be fixed?

You used to match at 3pm PST and start war at 11am PST. Now its all random times. Will this ever be fixed?

    Would love to hear something on this. Offseason saw start and end times happening all over the place. At one point it seemed fixed, but then next war it would be much earlier. Consistency would be helpful towards having a smoother season…
