So I was wondering if the node is bugged / not working as intended agaimst neutralize? The node says
"When Struck the Defender gains a Chitin Charge. At 10 all Charges are Removed and the Defender gains an Armor Up Buff increasing Armor by 50% lasting 30 seconds."
We know that neutralize decreases the buffs ability to trigger, but the wording of the node seems like the removal of the chitin charges happens first and then the triggering of the armor buff. It doesn't indicate that the charges won't fall off if the buffs fails to trigger.
Can someone clarify this technical aspect?
