Fail to start fighting in bg

GameVersion 37.1.1
Os Android.
Game mode battlegroup.

From within the bg screen when selectin g to start looking for oponenet the game always gets to unkown error as seen below.

No boosts are active. All other content works properly

I have the exact same problem…. I thought I was the only one…. Submitted a ticket as well… Does this happen when you click on find opponent? Mine has been like this since season 3

Mine started just this season 4. Ive tried re installing re login emptying my deck.

Me as well, I even reset my iPad, reinstalled the game but still nothing, haven’t done one fight yet… tried logging in with email, still nothing…

Where did you open a bug? Im not sure that a forum thread is enough.

I submitted a ticket in season 3 and then again in season 4. I tried following up but they said it was handed to the team…. But will see… Not sure if you have sent one in? Probably the best way to get attention to this issue

nope, still happens I try from time to time just to make sure I'm still blocked :-\

Ughh, so annoying. I have decided not to spend money in mcoc until its fixed, might not be a lot to them, but its about the principle for me
