Weird Banquet Crystal Opening - Glitch?

So I was just looking through some of my banquet crystal openings and realized that I had one where I got my ISO and gold... but not a third item/champ like there should have been. Anyone else had this happen? Just filed a ticket to verify if I got a secret item that never appeared or to get some sort of compensation like another crystal or at least my 300 units back.

Except that's not at all what happened. Every crystal had a minimum of 100,000 gold which is what I got. I've also had ones with more gold (usually 200K)but never any that failed to have a third item other than the ones that gave a champion. Even the thumbnail clip that shows 200,000 included the 5* shards right after

I think that you pressed the screen and skipped it and that's why u closed the recording after it

Exactly.

The gold never flew towards the upper right icon showing the animation was interrupted (the icon also increased by 2 when opening the crystal; this shows two new items came from the crystal 1 being the iso and the other being what was skipped by tapping the screen).

That was my only thought but I don't touch the screen when I'm pulling items like that 😂

Possible phone glitch I guess with the screen rotating but not even a proper notification. Really don't care that much as one GBC isn't a deal breaker, funny more than anything else
