Still missing banquet solo, and past rewards for alliance events

Haven’t received numerous missed rewards over past 3 weeks. Get alliance but not solo, summoner weekly events, only receiving half rewards, remaining not showing up. Last ten days of last gladiator matches could barely log in, was constantly bugged. Screen freeing entering match, only to lose. When no fight fought. Pretty ridiculous, done your close reopen still nothing. What’s going on with iOS users?
