Have I noticed the AI activating a lower level special than its max? For example, activating a lvl 2 when it has all 3 bars. If so, how can we do this?

    AI can't activate lvl 3 ubless it's in AQ or AW or has a lvl 3 activated buff in solo quests

    Ah, so that's why only a lvl 2 goes off when it has all 3 bars. And the other stuff, good to know.
