Have both galan & CGR R2 atm. Just got rank up gems to take one of them to R4 which one would be the best choice?

    Galan gains more from increasing his damage cap, as CGR can dish out more damage rather than Galan's one and done burst.

    Galan will benefit more at r4 because CGR can dish out insane damage even at r3/r2
