NEED HELP choosing second rank 3 6* champ

My next rank 3 champ is between galan and apoc. I am currently cavalier and am focusing to complete act 6 for thronebreaker and want to complete act 7. I have heard that apoc is very good for story and galan is good in bg from other people but am stuck on who to rank up. Here are some of my top champs in my roster right now if this also helps you guys pick who I should rank up.

    Galan. You don't even need awakening or dupe. Just ramp up his planetary mass, sp1 to deal massive energy damage
