Rintrah Bg node

I’ve been using Rintrah as to counter the bg armour node but the opponent is gaining an armour up when Rintrahs neutralize is on them. Happened last against American Chavez where she kept gaining armour up’s and I died to power burn damage. Is it something on her kit preventing or can Rintrah even counter the node? Thanks
