So many war auto-enlist problems

Whoever create the war auto-enlist process should be fired
There are so many problems with it. During the off-season, I set it up for 2 then it never put us in a war even though it said the day before. Sometimes, the Confirm button doesn't highlight after switching the number of battlegroups. I also enlisted in 2 BG on season. It worked fine the first 2 times. Now, I just checked it, it says 3 BG. Go figure. I try to change it to 2, then it wouldn't save. I had to turn off auto-enlistment, switch it around and put it back in.

We have just checked again and it’s switched back to 3 BG even though we corrected it yesterday once we realised it was wrong?!?
