Who to Awaken? 6 Star Gem

I have a generic awakening gem and keep going back and forth on who to use it for.

I do have a 6* Hercules I recently pulled but I do not have the sigs to get him to Sig 200 and have a fully maxed 5 Star version. I will add it as an option but I don’t know if it is worth it without the sigs.
