No Gauntlet Keys in Mail

I’m paragon. Never did Gauntlet and see no keys in the mail.

Never ran gauntlet. Popped into the map to take a peek way back n exited when it was first introduced. Only got 2 keys to run it. Is this a bug?

Missing keys for completing act 6

Hey there, the team's looking into this and working on getting it resolved as soon as possible.

I did it once and get 1 key that is not fair

I didn't get any keys i didn't complete it but at my ally they received the 3 keys
