Has the rating increased for EQ fights??

I feel like with this new update, the rating for the fights in EQ have increased by quite a bit.
This is the Diablo fight on Contender level (which I play first thing just so I go through the storyline quickly and the rating seems crazy high
Normally, a 2* max level and max sig has a rating of around 700-900 like this max sig/level 2* Quicksilver
The Diablo is even higher than a 3* maxed out Quicksilver who is also max sig
For now, this isn't a problem for me because Contender is easy, but it definitely makes me a little scared to attempt exploration on Uncollected since I haven't even attempted completion yet. Does this have people questioning this too or is it just me??
