Battleground champs being not available

Does anybody know why even if some champs are not banned by the opponent are still rarely available? No less than 10 times my top champ, Hulking has not been banned and only 1 time I could select him. What is the reason? Feels like in reality the best champs cannot be used. Am I wasting banning other top champs like Hulking and Galan for other opponents.

I guess some people like this BG season but it is frustrating. I keep playing for the points for the alliance and eventually the rewards but not a part of the game I enjoy any longer.

Apparently if you ban a champ in your opponents deck, you won’t be able to draft them yourself. Not 100% sure if this is the case but ive been paying attention to it recently and it’s been that way.

Yes any champ banned by you or the opponent is banned for both.

Is it 100%? I remember getting my galan banned but used against me.

RNG. You have a deck of 30, your opponent takes it down to 27 (can go down to 24 depending on your bans) and you will only get to choose from up to 18 champs throughout the draft depending on repeats. So there will always be a minimum of 6 champs that you won’t see from your deck every game, but likely more than 6. So is it odd that you’re not seeing the same champ most of the time? Sure, but not really. You’re not going to see 25% of your champs in your deck, so it’s not that crazy for it to happen.

It’s been that way since beta testing.
