Corvus avenger charges not working

My Corvus in AQ is getting any extra charges from the avenger mission. It’s showing the persistent charge before the fight but not in the fight

Went into 2nd Avenger fight with 2 corvus charges & ended up with 3 as well. Only had 2 at start

What avenger was the second one, are you getting more glaive charges anyway?
