The game did not let me choose my 50% T5cc after I completed Throne-Breaker side Quest

Hello, I hope this message reach you sooner rather than later, and also, Happy New Years to all at Kabaam. I am writing to you regarding this bug that happened to me twice. First time was when I purchased the Throne-breaker daily special and it did not let me choose my 10% T5cc. Second time is today, when I completed Throne-Breaker side quest, the game only let me choose T4cc not the 50% T5cc. I have closed the game and reopened it but nothing. Please look into this matter for me. I would really appreciate it. I look forward from hearing you soon.
