Over a month back button won’t work

Kabam pls fix the game issues. You can add all this new content back to back and make all these changes yet I can’t even back out of my roster. I have to restart a good 20 times daily. Been this way over a month now. I log in daily, love this game but please for the love of god fix the game issues prior to launching all this new content. I just want a game that works right. My auto fight hasn’t been working, can’t use back button 80% of the time. I have the iPhone 13 Pro latest software version. Carrier wifi/ US cellular. I am a repair tech so I can promise you it’s not my software or device. Please fix it

Also every time I have to force quit and reload it reloads super odd and I have to force quit again. I have quite a few screen shots and screen recordings of this ongoing issue if needed. I see plenty are having the same issues so why has this been ongoing over a month? Should this not be something you guys want to resolve over adding new content?
