The last fight I was in the opponent choose Galan as their last pick when it wasn't given as one of the last 3 options to choose from?

I really wish I recorded it. ..it shocked the **** out of me to see it happen.

    If they use a reroll token, it doesn't show the reroll for you, so yes, it is possible

    I believe it is still the case that you cannot see what champions pop up when an opponent uses a shuffle signet. That is probably what happened there.
    Something that should’ve been fixed in the beta testing, but here we are.

    They used this:

    You (the opponent) can only see their original champs up for selection, but in reality they chose out of a separate group that came from the reroll.
