Which Science to R3?

I can take 2 of them to R3, but im having a hard time choose cause in the last month ive pulled a lot of good science champs back to back

My focus is to explore 7.3 and beyond and run Abyss with lowest resourse spent as possible, as i am F2P

Im also taking in consideration usefulness in BGs

Which 2 would be more useful for that content and why?

I just took my scorpion to R4 not awakened. I will awaken him if he isn't in the next feature pool (not expecting him to be).

I also took Ibom to r3 not awakened.
