I went to act 1.4 to see if there were any revives and got a 7-day beginer xp boost.

Had you previously explored Act 1 completely 100% before this ?
If not, maybe unexplored paths there trigger the XP boost.

People easily just blow thru that now, with getting higher champs much sooner.
More ppl used to fully do those paths early on because all you had was 2* champs at first.
