Why does civil warrior show up as my avatar for anyone viewing my profile...but i show thor as my #1

Because Civil Warrior has a higher baseline prestige. Thor's PI is higher because of masteries but your profile pic is your highest un-modified champ. It's rather common when you start ranking up 5* champs.
