Still not registering points in BG alliance event

Opened a ticket a week ago during the 3 day bg/arena alliance event, after going back and forth with their support technician with no answer as to whether they were addressing the issue, they closed the ticket without any resolution. Now we have the 24 hour arena and BG alliance event and it's still not registering any points. They obviously don't care that it's broken. I'm sure a mod will come in here and tell me to open a ticket and then close this discussion. Problem is if I open a ticket it will just be the same old bs from the support desk to look to the forums for an answer if and when they find the problem. This game has so many issues and they just turn a blind eye to it because people keep pouring their dollars into it. As long as they are still making a profit they could care less about the technical issues the community has to deal with on the daily:
-events not registering points
- BG randomly giving losses when they should be wins
- heavy attacks charging in middle of combos
- game crashes during special attack animations
- parry not triggering
- dexterity not triggering
- connection issues
- visual glitches
